• text and interface colours meeting WCAG AA contrast requirements;
• full respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting — all animation is disabled when it is on;
• data presented in charts also available as a text table;
• form fields with associated labels and clear error messages;
• responsive layout that supports zoom to 200% without loss of content.

We're honest about where we're not there yet:

• This site has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility specialist.
• Third-party MLS® listing content, once integrated, is supplied by the real estate board and we may have limited control over its markup and image alternative text.
