Illustrative figures. The statistics on this page are placeholder values shown while this site's market data feed is being connected. They are not current market statistics and should not be relied upon. For verified figures, see the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board's monthly Market Watch report, or get in touch and I'll walk you through the current numbers directly.
What the numbers miss
Placeholder — this is where your read on the market goes. Aggregate stats flatten out everything that actually matters: a 2% average increase across the GTA can mean detached homes in Oakville are flat while Hamilton condos are up eight.
Placeholder — write about what you're seeing on the ground right now. Showing counts, how quickly offers are coming in, whether conditional offers are being accepted again. This is the section people will come back for.
Placeholder — update this monthly when TRREB's Market Watch lands. Even three honest paragraphs a month will put you ahead of most agent sites, which publish nothing.
Where this data comes from
Once my board data agreements are approved, the figures above will update automatically from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board's feed via PropTx.
Until then they are illustrative placeholders and should not be relied on. For verified current figures, TRREB publishes a free monthly Market Watch report — or call me and I'll walk you through the numbers for your specific street.
